Top 3 CVS Application Online Tips to Get Hired Quick

Filling out a CVS application online can be a daunting task in itself due to the time it takes to fill it out with specific information just like any other online application.  However, there are a few things to keep in mind to give yourself the biggest boost in the arm in putting yourself in the best position when you apply online.

Bored with your Job? Click here to find a new Job today.

Here they are:

1.  Be sure to visit the CVS store of your choice before even thinking about putting forth your job application.  The importance of this step can’t be overstated enough.  There are way too many people in your shoes who are trying to find any job opening they can to be able to work and pay their bills.

With this much competition, you are going to have to find a way to make yourself stand out so your application online is not overlooked.

2.  Once you are there, politely ask to speak with the store manager.  Here is where it can get tricky; if they say the manager is not available, ask if you can see whomever is the current supervisor on duty.  Sometimes, unfortunately, the manager is not available and you are left there standing with your business card and handing it to the cashier while saying, “Could you please have them call me? I am interested in a job, and I would like to speak with them before I fill out a CVS application online.”

A trick many people have used is to ask for a manager without telling that person the reason; usually they will seek their supervisor thinking it is a store-related problem and the manager will actually be relieved once you tell him or her you are there to apply for a job.  This is a little sneaky, but hey, it usually works and you should use it at your own risk!

The bottom line is; you have to make personal contact with the person running the store if you want to be taken seriously.

3.  Make certain that you follow up no matter what stage of the game you are currently in; whether you have not been able to reach management or maybe you did and they have not called you back, you need to continue making personal contact.  Do not wait for phone calls; they usually never come!

By continually making contact and proving you really want the job opportunity without being far too pushy, you will prevail.

So you see, there is more to merely filling out a CVS application online than simply filling one out in the privacy of your own home.
